You also agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s Create Your Account form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or Uniquely Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Uniquely Ltd. has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site. Please keep your account information and password confidential by restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
When ordering services, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to the Billing information provided. By making an offer to purchase our service, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks, where Uniquely Cleaned feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your creditcard number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your creditcard, to obtain an initial creditcard authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
The security of your transaction is important to us and to prevent any details being seen by unauthorised persons it is protected throughout the payment process. To do this we use a secure server to encrypt the information before it is sent to the Payment Processor.
You have the right to cancel a placed order 24 hours before the pick up date. Once cancelled, on the status of the order will show “awaiting cancellation”. The order won’t be cancelled until you receive the order cancelled confirmation email.
7. Garment Damage Policy
Uniquely Cleaned follows standards and policies set by the TSA (Textile Services Association).
We exercise utmost care in the cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. In case the damage such as tears or development of small holes in fabric is resulted from our dry cleaning process, we will refund the amount that is approximate to the piece of garment with the proof of receipt of the garment. In dry cleaning and laundry process we can not guarantee against colour loss, shrinkage. Uniquely Cleaned liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning the particular garment.
Within two (2) days after delivery, you may return any dry-cleaned items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge.
